In this period, he worked on his final release under the Devon Hendryx alias, THE GHOST~POP TAPE. Preceding all releases of the album, the film "1989年10月22日 GenY⁵" released on Vimeo. The film consists of a montage of snippets and songs from the album, set to visuals containing home videos, anime, video games, archival footage, and porn.
